WHAT WE COLLECT

When you use SweatNation, we collect:

• Your email address (if you join the waitlist)
• Your Telegram user ID and display name
• Running data from Strava (activities, pace, distance, heart rate) that you authorize us to access
• Messages you send to the bot

HOW WE USE IT

Your data is used to generate training plans, analyze your runs, and respond to your coaching questions. We send your running data to Google Gemini for AI processing. We don't sell your data to anyone.

STRAVA DATA

We access your Strava data through their official API with your permission. You can disconnect Strava at any time through the bot or through Strava's settings. When you disconnect, we stop syncing new activities.

WHERE IT'S STORED

Data is stored on Turso (database) and processed through Vercel (hosting) and Google Cloud (AI). All connections use HTTPS.

DELETING YOUR DATA

Send /reset in the Telegram bot to delete all your data. This removes your account, activities, plans, and message history. It's permanent.

COOKIES

This website doesn't use cookies or tracking scripts.
